In 2016 Russia is invited to participate in the international program “Ship for World Youth Leaders” (SWY), organized by the Government of Japan. 12 Russian delegates will be selected to participate in this ‘once in a lifetime experience’ with 200+ young leaders from 11 countries on board in the ocean.
